We are thrilled to share that Red Deer Catholic Regional Schools has been allocated funding for 15 additional full-time equivalent (FTE) teaching positions for K-9 classrooms for the 2026-2027 school year!
This comes as part of the Government of Alberta's new $200-million Class Size Reduction Grant, which aims to bring the provincial average class size down from 25 to 22 students in core subjects.
