The Waterloo Region District School Board (WRDSB) is committed to supporting all students in achieving academic success and feeling a sense of belonging.
Every school year the WRDSB creates a Board Improvement and Equity Plan (BIEP) to:
- Guide our work as a system
- Outline measurable indicators and strategies
- Share examples of actions that will be taken to support student achievement and well-being
2025-26 Board Improvement and Equity Plan (BIEP)
Each district school board in Ontario is expected to implement the Ministry of Education's Student Achievement Plan. The WRDSB BIEP has incorporated the requirements of the Ministry's Student Achievement Plan and ensured alignment with the WRDSB Strategic Plan.
