DCDSB Named One of Canada's Best Employers for Third Consecutive Year

The Durham Catholic District School Board (DCDSB) is proud to announce that it has been recognized on the Forbes list of Canada's Best Employers for 2026, marking the third consecutive year the DCDSB has earned this distinction. This achievement follows an additional inclusion on Forbes' 2025 list for Best Company Culture, underscoring the DCDSB's ongoing commitment to nurturing welcoming, inclusive and collaborative learning and working environments. 

DCDSB is the only Durham Region-based organization to be included on this year's list. Nationally, it is one of just eight school boards recognized as among the best employers in Canada.
