The Conseil scolaire du Nord-Ouest No 1 (Northwest Francophone Education Region No. 1) is proud to announce the appointment of Mrs. Dolorèse Nolette as Acting Superintendent of Schools, effective September 10, 2018, until the return of the Superintendent, Mrs. Brigitte Kropielnicki.

Originally from the Peace Region, Mrs. Nolette has worked in the field of education since 1978. Mrs. Nolette worked with the CSNO for over 20 years as a teacher, vice-principal, consultant and as Superintendent from 2003 to 2010. Since, Mrs. Nolette has worked as Education Deputy Superintendent for the Conseil des écoles fransaskoises, director of the Réseau d'adaptation scolaire and director of academic affairs and governance at Campus St-Jean. Currently, Mrs. Nolette is the Director of the Centre collégial de l'Alberta at Campus St-Jean since May 2015.
Mrs. Nolette also offers services to Francophone school boards for strategic planning and project management, as well as meeting facilitation, mentoring and coaching.
With her many experiences in francophone education, her thorough knowledge of the CSNO and her activities in the francophone community within various organizations, Mrs. Nolette is a unique asset for the CSNO during this transition period. The School Board welcomes her warmly and wishes her much success in her new role.
