Our teacher Justyna Krzyzaniak (Digital Art & New Media) has recently contributed to a ScienceChannel-documentary about Petra in Jordan. Hired by a Montreal-based visual effects-company, she undertook the delicate task of digitally reconstructing the goddess Isis and the female warrior statues.

About Justyna:
Justyna has been working in the animation industry since 2001 and have been employed as a professional 3D artist/animator since she graduated with a diploma in animation from the famous Film and Television Academy (HFF) "Konrad Wolf" in Potsdam, Germany, in 2008.
Her first animated short "Oh Happy Day" ran at the Annecy Festival d`animation (France, June 2011), the Trieste Animation Festival (Italy, January 2011) and the Monstra Animated Film Festival (Portugal, March 2011).
She worked on two Disney-projects and for several animation and VFX-companies in Europe and Montreal.
At Champlain, Justyna has been teaching 3D Modelling and other courses in the "Digital Arts & New Media" program.
