Norrthern Lights Public Schools is pleased to announce that Twila Moore has been appointed Principal of Cold Lake Elementary School (CLES) for the 2026-2027 school year.
"Twila is an experienced administrator who is highly committed to ensuring all students have the opportunities and supports they need to be successful," said Superintendent Rick Cusson. "Her dedication to building strong relationships with parents and the community has further enhanced the safe and caring school environment the school is known for."
Moore has been Assistant Principal at CLES since 2024-2025. She began her career with Northern Lights at Ecole Plamondon School as a Student Support Team (SST) Coordinator, then moved on to Caslan School as an Assistant Principal and SST. She then relocated to Cold Lake where she served as Assistant Principal of Nelson Heights Middle School for eight years, and then Assistant Principal of Cold Lake Junior High for four years.
"I am truly honoured to accept this role and continue serving our school community," said Moore. "It is a privilege to be part of such an incredible school, supported by dedicated staff and wonderful families. I look forward to building on the strong foundation we have together and continuing to support the well-being of every student."
