The Humber Hawks are flying high after the program won several provincial and national championships recently.

The women's volleyball team is on cloud nine after reverse sweeping the St. Clair Saints (22-25, 20-25, 25-14, 25-21, 15-11) to capture the Ontario Colleges Athletic Association's (OCAA) championship for the fifth consecutive year.

Head coach Chris Wilkins added his 18th OCAA gold medal with the win.

Kaley Rawlick was named Player of the Match with Caitlyn Labelle and Hannah Manners named Tournament All-Stars. Keyome Ellis was Tournament MVP.

The Hawks have now qualified for the Canadian Collegiate Athletic Association's (CCAA) national championships happening March 11 to 14 in Niverville, MB.

The men's team is also celebrating after sweeping the Cambrian Shield (25-19, 25-20, 25-20) to win the OCAA gold medal for the sixth consecutive year.

It was the program's 12th provincial championship and head coach Wayne Wilkin's 10th OCAA gold medal.

The Hawks have qualified for the CCAA national championship happening March 11-14 in Edmonton, AB.

The men's curling team rose to the occasion and finished undefeated to win the CCAA national championship. They defeated the NAIT Ooks team 7-2 to win the program's fourth national title. It was head coach Sean Turriff's third CCAA gold medal.
